“HotelshopUK have operated a bedrooms reservation line for 15 hotels covering the hours of 8.30am – 7.00pm Mon – Fri for the past 15 months, and handle all reservation queries diverted by an auto attendant.
In that time over 38,000 calls have been handled with 38% conversion rate on bookable calls achieved.
Revenue booked via bedroom stock and indeed upsells have reached just over £900,000.”
